China • Fangchenggang Sports Town plans a total area of 6973.69 acres, with 739.33 acres of sea, 6225 acres of sports and supporting facilities, 1566.62 acres of recreational land, 604 acres of educational research sites, 154 acres of medical land, 580 acres of commercial and residential land, 2138.80 acres of green and square land.

The first phase of the project lands 579.3 acres, intends to invest over 3 billion, is expected to be divided into four phases of construction. Among them, the first phase of the project for the construction of the first bay, including the first bay's sports and training base, golf course, cycling ring mountain track, part of the first bay's coastal landscaping project; The second for the part of sports town commercial residential, Turtle mountain south of health care community, sea paradise, coastal shoreline town area construction; The third for Turtle mountain north side of hotel, Athletes apartment, physical education and scientific research base construction; The fourth: golf villas, sports town mountain residential construction.

Project characteristics
