Notice of Collecting Competing Goods

China-ASEAN International Marathon 2017

I. Time of Collecting

10:00-12:00 November 16-18, 2017

II. Location of Collecting

Taohuawan Stadium, No.8 Guangchanghuan Rd, Fangchenggang City.

III.  Voucher for Collecting

Individuals

1. Bib number: Participant should check his/her bib number at official website in advance and provide it to staff of the collecting window.

2. Valid ID ( original version): show the staff the original version of the same valid ID as application

3. Registration confirmation: provide the staff original copy of your registration confirmation letter.

4. Competing Statement: Participant should sign the statement by him/herself. Statement from those who under 18 should be signed by their guardian and legal representatives.

NOTE:  Registration confirmation letter and Competing Statement will be collected by staff when receiving competing goods.

Group &Elite Club

1. Name of the group & elite club: group or club leader should provide the name of the group or the club.

2. Valid ID of the leader(Original Version): The group or club leader should show the valid ID to the staff.

3. Registration Confirmation: provide the staff original copy of registration confirmation letter when collecting the goods.

4. Competing Statement: each member of the group/elite club should sign the statement by him/herself, members who under 18 should have their guardian or legal representative sign for them. The original copy is necessary when collecting goods.

NOTE: Group/Club leader should collect goods of the whole group/club personally with all required documents. No other member of the group/club can collect goods on leader’s behalf.

IV Competing goods

V. CAA Registered athletes and elite runners

CAA registered athletes and elite runners will collect goods before race briefing. Bib number and valid ID should be provided to the staff.

NOTE: To those who fail to provide required documents, the OC has the right to refuse distribute the goods.

VI. Collecting Procedure

Self Collecting

Choose T-Shirt Size----hand over “Registration Confirmation” and “Competing Statement” and show ID to the staff----collet your goods.

Sub Collecting

Sub who collects goods on others’ behalf shows the original version of his/her valid ID and provide a hard copy----choose T-Shirt size----hand over “Registration Confirmation” and participant signed “Competing Statement”, and show participant’s ID original version to the staff----collect goods.

VII. Other notice

1. The T-shirt we distribute is from our sponsor for racing use. We store a certain amount of each size and will distribute averagely in 3 days. We will try our best but not guarantee to provide your suitable size.

2. Participant should collect bib of the very category he/she registered, and check the bib at the scene of receiving it. If any mis-collecting is found, please change it as soon as possible.

NOTE: Participant should write the following information on the back of the bib with waterproof pen or marker:

Name of participant, address, phone number, blood type, emergency contact person and emergency contact number.
